Dagens møl er en smuk og sjældne arter fra SE Arizona og Mexico: Lerina legemliggjort (Erebidae: Arctiinae). Ligesom mange andre day flyvende arter er det farvestrålende og meget sandsynligt aposematic. Efter alt, værtsplanten er en milkweed og larven er lige så fantastisk (nedenfor).

As I mentioned above this moth also has an equally impressive caterpillar that feeds on Ascleapias linaria (pineneedle milkweed).
