Moth í dag er falleg og sjaldgæf tegund frá SE Arizona og Mexíkó: Lerina holdgervingur (Erebidae: Arctiinae). Eins og margar aðrar dægurflugutegundir er hann ljómandi litaður og mjög líklega aposematic. Eftir allt, hýsilplantan er mjólkurgras og maðkurinn er jafn töfrandi (neðan).

As I mentioned above this moth also has an equally impressive caterpillar that feeds on Ascleapias linaria (pineneedle milkweed).
