Hvad med en anden uidentificeret Gelechiidae fra samme sted som de tidligere prøver (Nej.. Prescott Arizona). Jeg tager en kniv på dette møl at være i slægt Chionodes – og det er overfladisk ligner arterne C. continuella. Heldigvis er der en monografi i denne gruppe (Møl of America North of Mexico, fascicle 7.6) og jeg vil være i stand til at dissekere og forhåbentlig nå frem til en bedre identifikation. Den genitalier af møl er vidunderligt sclerotized strukturer, der kan give et væld af figurer bruges til identifikation. Jeg bliver nødt til at være sikker på at dele billeder af, hvad de kønsorganer ligne snart!
